Celebrate Black History Month at HTFL!
Historical figure - Ned Hector - a free black colonial soldier, a wagoneer, a respected patriot and hero, will make a visit to the library on Sunday, February 20th at 2pm.
Noah Lewis will give a historical dramatization of Ned Hector's life and times. This interactive and participatory living history presentation is a program for all ages.
This program is free and open to the public, but registration is suggested through Eventkeeper.

- Ned Hector's involvement in the Battle of Brandywine
- Blacks in the American Revolution
- Colonial Life
- Life as a soldier during the American Revolution
