Franklin Mint Federal Credit Union presents the Berenstain Bears Financial Literacy Program Storytime to children in preschool through 3rd grade. The program consists of a read-aloud of The Berenstain Bears Visit the Credit Union by Mike Berenstain, written in coordination with FMFCU. Children will learn the sound financial concept, “Save, Share, Spend, Earn,” while they visit with Sister Bear, who loves to sing songs and play games with the children.
Sister Bear will be there for photo ops, and each registered child gets to take home a special gift!
No registration required.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to limited space at our temporary library, this event will take place at Merwood Park. Access points are at Cherry Lane, E Hathaway Lane and Wynnefield Drive.
Following the Berenstain Storytime, join us for our first Sounds of Summer concert with the Mainliners Chorus, an award-winning chapter of the Barbershop Harmony Society. The first half of the Mainliners’ performance will feature family- and child-friendly songs, so bring your picnic basket and enjoy dinner in the park with the whole family!
