In the first half of this class led by music and art teacher Svetlana Khmelnitsky, students will “follow” fairies while exploring Monet’s paintings. The class will concentrate on works depicting Monet’s garden, including his famous paintings of water lilies. Children will learn about Claude Monet’s life and art, listen to a story, and discuss some of his works.
In the second part of the class, students will make a craft inspired by the artworks presented in the first part of the class.
For children ages 4 to 7 years.
