What is Mind/Body Fitness? What fitness modalities are best to boost your health in mind and body? Haverford Township’s  CREC Fitness Coordinator, Jackie O’Doherty, will show you how to make your exercise routine perfectly balanced for your health and wellbeing.

Jackie O’Doherty is the Fitness Coordinator for the Haverford Township Community Recreation and Environmental Center (CREC). She is an ACE certified fitness professional and is trained in various fitness disciplines. She is the creator of the Freedom Method and is a recognized expert in helping people over 55 improve balance and agility.
