Come to HTFL and practice reading to the best listener – a dog! Therapy dogs come to the Library to meet with young readers and listen to children read a book of their choice.
Prior to the program date, you will be assigned a 10-minute time slot for your child to read with one of the therapy dogs. Please plan to arrive a few minutes before your time begins. You may bring your own book, or choose one from the library.
If you do NOT receive an email within a week from the program date, you are on the wait list! Due to the New Year holiday, emails will be sent Thursday, Dec. 4.
This program is free and open to children in grades K and up. Registration is REQUIRED for each month you participate.
Registration for February’s PAWS will be available online only beginning January 15.
