Come to HTFL and practice reading to the best listener – a dog! Therapy dogs come to the Library to meet with young readers and listen to children read a book of their choice.
Prior to the program date, you will be assigned a 10-minute time slot for your child to read with one of the therapy dogs. Please plan to arrive a few minutes before your time begins. You may bring your own book, or choose one from the library.
If you do NOT receive an email within a week from the program date, you are on the wait list! NOTE: Due to the New Year holiday, January emails will be sent Thursday, January 2.
This program is free and open to children in grades K and up. Registration is REQUIRED for each month you participate.
Registration for February’s PAWS will be available online only beginning January 15.
