Through storytelling incorporating song, art, and movement, we explore yoga poses including Down Dog, Turtle, and Cobra. Wear comfortable clothing, and bring a water bottle, yoga mat (if you have one), light blanket for relaxation and your child’s favorite stuffed animal or blanket.
