The library will provide hot herbal tea, soothing music, adult coloring books & colored pencils, play doh, kinetic sand, a zen garden, and more.
This is pure YOU-time to relax and unwind in a quiet and serene atmosphere. All sessions offer 5 minute instruction in breathing relaxation techniques and end with 10 minutes of rest in savasana on a mat or towel.
Wind Down Wednesdays will occur on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month in the Hub. 7-8pm
