Follow the story All You Need for a Snowman by Alice Schertle throughout the Children’s Room! Follow the pages to the end to collect everything you need to make your own snowman!

Wee Build Block Party

*Small pieces will be present, please supervise children 3 and under

Winter Carnival

January 13-18, 10 to 2pm

Celebrate winter during a week of activities: the new winter storywalk, snow related crafts, and stories about winter during our storytimes!


Family Literacy Night

January 15 from 6pm to 8pm

Explore the five practices of Every Child Ready to Read with fun activities. Drop in for a few minutes, or stay the whole time.


Puzzle Day

January 29 from 10am to 2pm

Come test your puzzle skills! We’ll have puzzles of various difficulties around the room to try.

Multicultural Children’s Book Week

January 27 through 31

This week all of our storytimes will be dedicated to books that depict diversity. There will also be DIY activities that promote kindness and tolerance.


Instrument Petting Zoo with Haverford High School

January 29 at 4:30pm

Students from Haverford High School will be here with their instruments for you to see. Ask questions about the instruments, and listen to the students
