Library Annual Association Meeting

The Annual Library Association Meeting will meet virtually via Zoom on Wednesday, May 19 at 7:00 pm; followed by the May 2021 Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees.

All association members along with the community are invited to observe the meeting via Zoom. Advance registration required.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.

To accommodate participation in the annual association and/or the regular board meeting, members and the community may email their questions and comments to library@haverfordlibrary.org by noon on Wednesday, May 19, 2021. Please include the words “Public Comment for Association Meeting” or “Public Comment for Regular Meeting” in your subject line.  The Board intends to read each question or comment aloud, including the sender’s name, just like in a regular meeting. Therefore, only messages that include the sender’s name and address will be read aloud.
