For items not found in the Delaware County Library System, a request can be placed outside of the county. To place a request call 610-446-3082 x201, email reference@haverfordlibrary.org or stop in at the Reference Desk.
General Guidelines
- Any juvenile or adult patron who has a valid Delaware County Library System card and who owes no fines may use ILL.
- You may have up to four ILLs at any given time.
- It is a free service the vast majority of cases, but we will let you know if a lending library requires a fee.
- The average arrival time after a request is placed is 7-14 days, although it can take longer for hard to get items.
