Books and Babies is a fun-filled 20 minute storytime program for our youngest customers, walking babies birth through 23 months and a caregiver. The programs are fun for babies and parents alike!
Purpose of the program: To stimulate the brain, increase phonological awareness, provide language and vocabulary development.
Books and Babies program includes: Age appropriate books; Songs and rhymes, Play time with books, puppets, and toys; Parent information and resources
Benefits: Helps get your child ready to read; Pre-literacy skills for baby; Quality time with baby; Increased confidence in parenting skills; Support, camaraderie with other caregivers
