You know all those articles title ‘100 Classics You Should Read At Least Once in Your Lifetime’? Well here’s your chance to start crossing a few off the list.
Quarterly Book Group
This book club will be dedicated to reading classic books that everyone says you should read, but you’ve never found the right motivation before. Each quarter we’ll select a book, as well as a few additional materials; and group members will have 3 months to read before we come back together. At our meetings we’ll discuss the book, its impact, why it has lasted to this day and why it is considered a classic. Meetings will be a mix of led and open discussions. This group is recommended for ages 14+
Meetings will be held on the 3rd Tuesday of every month starting in September, from 7-8pm, in the Teen Library, unless otherwise stated
December 16ths meeting will take place from 6-7pm in the Teen Library!
