May is National Mental Health Awareness Month.

Feeling stressed, anxious, run-down or restless recently?
Join us for an hour of herbal tea and coloring!

Studies have shown that coloring can:

    • relax the fear center of the brain
    • induce a similar state as meditation
    • generate mindfulness and quietness

This free program will offer adult participants an opportunity to color a variety of pages in a serene environment while sipping warm herbal tea.

Take some time for yourself and color yourself calm. No experience necessary. All supplies will be provided.
