Learn about Haverford Township history while working on your art skills!
Children ages 5-15 are invited help design the 2020 Heritage Festival Tee-Shirt!
Submit an original artwork design and possibly be featured on a tee-shirt. The contest is open to all Haverford Township children ages 5-15. Contest runs from February 26 through March 20.
One winner will be chosen from each of the two age groups: 5-10 years old and 10-15 years old during voting at the library. Voting will be held at the library March 23-March 30.
Please note: art from runners up in each category may be used for other promotional material.
Fine print:
One entry per child please.
Artwork should be 100% created by the child.
All entries should be related to Haverford Township history
Winners and runners up will receive free t-shirts

Tips for creating your design:
- Learn about Haverford Township history (ask your teachers, librarians, historical society and family/neighbors.
- Attend Colonial Living Program or Federal School
- Designs can include historic buildings (Nitre Hall, Lawrence Cabin, Federal School, Grange, etc.)
