Kidpower People Safety Skills – Part 2


Event Details


Kidpower is dedicated to helping empower kids and adults to use their power to stay safe. Together with their adults, kids ages 5 to 10 will learn important people safety skills. All learning is fun (not scary) and taught with role plays and practice. This workshop covers the following topics, just to name a few.
Using your awareness, body and voice to stay safe.

  • Recognizing when you are together with your adult or on your own.
  • Learning about strangers and the Kidpower stranger safety rules.
  • Practicing and role playing “checking first” with the adult in charge.
  • Emergencies: what are they, when are they happening to you and what to do.

Registration is required.

Ages: Parents with children ages 5-10
