We live in a fast-paced, demanding society that can lead to high levels of stress and anxiety. Self-care has never been more important! This class will focus on utilizing meditation as a tool to quiet one’s mind bringing focus and peace. You will be guided through a progressive muscle relaxation, a mindfulness meditation session, and will learn how to transfer practice into daily living for lasting effects.
All are welcome. Please bring a yoga mat or meditation cushion if you wish to sit on the floor or we can supply one for you. Chairs will be provided for those who wish to sit. Comfort is key!
