
Join experienced yoga instructor Nicole Baker every first and third Saturday of the month for a fun and engaging yoga class designed for children ages 5–10! Through playful movement and calming mindfulness activities, kids will build strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Yoga also supports mental well-being by encouraging focus, a positive mindset, and stress reduction.
Registration required. Limited to 10 children.
Note: Each registration is for one child only. To register additional children, please complete a separate form for each. Be sure to close and reopen the registration page before entering another child’s information. This helps ensure we have enough yoga mats for everyone.
Note: This is a drop-off program. To encourage independence and participation, parents are asked to wait outside the Hub.
