Held the 4th Wednesday of the month, beginning in May, this new non-fiction book club will focus on life-long learning of social issues and thought-provoking discussion of various topics and cultures. Our Reference Librarian will facilitate discussion on fascinating subjects each month.
The goal is to gain a better understanding of the world in which we live through the reading of works of non-fiction.
This month’s selection is Being Mortal: Medicine and What Matters in the End by Atul Gawande.
No registration required. We have multiple copies of Being Mortal. Stop by the reference desk to pick up a copy.
